Faithful to our redemptive mission and to the evangelical roots present in the Rule of our Fpunder St. John of Matha, we Trinitarians wish to continue to be bearers of solidarity and communion with the victims of persecution, torture and oppression: in this specific context and in the frame-work of our Order, the organizational structure of S.I.T. (Trinitarian International Solidarity) is placed, with its headquarters in Rome, in the General Curia and in the seat of all the countries where the Trinitarian are present. Further, other associations and organisms which share the principles and objectives can belong to S.I.T. even if they belong to other religious confessions.
The specific scope of S.I.T. is always to senstize others to those persecuted for their faith. This is done through programs and concrete activities of liberation in those countries where even today, such situations exist. .
