MOMENTS OF PRAYER

In the morning

Holy Trinity, please help me:

-to start every new day with you;

-to turn to you several times during the day;

-to share with you the joys, the troubles and the concerns of the day;

-to always recognize your presence, in events and in people;

-to live constantly in communion with you and with my brothers and sisters;

-to give my day back to you in the evening.

2. Praise, glory, grace be to you, Blessed Trinity, for ever and ever.

Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord of the Universe.

Heaven and earth are full of your glory.

Glory to the Father, to the Son and to the Holy Spirit,

for ever and ever. Amen.

Hail, Daughter of God the Father,

Hail, Mother of God the Son,

Hail, Bride of the Holy Spirit.

During the day

1.Recall frequently the presence of the Trinity in one's heart, in a stance of praise and love.

Recite the Holy Trisagio, at least in the short version.

Short prayers:

-Blessed Trinity, in you I believe, in you I hope, you I love, you I adore.

-Glory to you, Holy Trinity.

- Blessed be the Holy Trinity, now and forever.

In the evening

Our Father

Blessed be the Holy Trinity that creates and governs the Universe, now and forever.

Hail, Daughter of God the Father,

Mother of God the Son,

Bride of the Holy Spirit.

Shrine of the Most Holy Trinity

Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, you who dwell in my heart and fill the world with your presence, transform me into the  temple of your glory.

Fill my whole be, unite me intimately with you so that I may live in communion of  life with you and with my brothers and sisters.

Holy Trinity, you have given yourself entirely to me; I give myself to you humbly and consecrate  myself entirely to you.

Make me docile to your action of grace and fill me with your love and peace.

Fulfil in me, in the church and in the world, your plan of love.

May I be now and always an offering of praise of your glory, oh Blessed Trinity.
