The Trinitarian Order, divided in seven religious provinces, three vicariates and two delegations is present today in: Italy, Spain, France, Poland, Austria, United States, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, India, South Korea, Madagascar, Gabon and Congo.

The General Curia is located in Rome and has 2 houses under its jurisdiction and the pastoral care of the church of St. Thomas in Formis.
